I Cried Tears Of Joy Leaving Arsenal Xhaka

Bayer Leverkusen star, Granit Xhaka has revealed that he wept tears of joy leaving Arsenal this summer.

The Swiss international has revealed that he was crying tears of joy when he transferred to Bayer Leverkusen.

Despite an outstanding season last term in England, which saw Arsenal finish second in the Premier League, Xhaka left early in the summer window.

Xhakas elder brother, Taulant is also a professional footballer who plays for Basel and previously represented Albania. In July 2017, Xhaka married his long-term partner, Leonita Lekaj. They have two daughters, born in 2019 and 2021.
