AFCON 2023: Leicester City Free Injured Ndidi, Iheanacho For Super Eagles Duty

Leicester City manager, Enzo Maresca has revealed Wilfred Ndidi has joined his international teammate Wilfred Ndidi in the treatment room.

Ndidi missed Leicester Citys 4-1 drubbing of Huddersfield Town at King Power Stadium on Monday.

Iheanacho was also not available for the game as a result of a muscular problem.

Kele and Wilf are both injured, but they are now going to be with the international team,Maresca was quoted by Leicester Mercury.

The Super Eagles will begin preparations for AFCON 2023 in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Abdul Fatawu has been left out of Ghanas squad due to injury.
