Iheanacho Nominated For Leicesters October Goal Of The Month Award

Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has been nominated for Leicesters Goal of the Month for October.

Leicester unveiled the eight nominees for the award on their X handle on Monday.

Iheanachos goal in a 3-0 home win against Preston North End in the Championship was shortlisted.

He doubled Leicesters lead in the game after finishing off a free flowing move.

The winner of the October Goal of the Month will be decided by fans voting.

Iheanacho has scored five goals, made one assist in 15 league appearances.

He has so far netted six goals, provided two assists in 17 games in all competitions this season for the Foxes.
