Former Nigeria international Victor Moses has reacted to former Chelsea teammate Eden Hazards retirement from professional football.


Hazard announced his retirement from professional football aged 32 years in his Instagram account on Tuesday.

You must listen to yourself and say stop at the right time. After 16 years and more than 700 matches played, I have decided to end my career as a professional footballer.

I was able to realise my dream, I have played and had fun on many pitches around the world. Thank you to everyone for these great times, I will miss you all.

Commenting on the news of Hazards retirement, Moses said it was a pleasure to have played with the former Belgian skipper.

During his time at Chelsea, Hazard won the Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League.
