Prior to Leverkusens home game against Qarabag in Thursdays Europa League, Boniface was presented with his Golden Boot award.
He finished joint top scorer after scoring six goals alongside Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
The 22-year-old achieved the feat during his time at Belgian club Union SG.
