Osimhens Contract Extension Good For Italian Football Calenda

Victor Osimhens agent Roberto Calenda says the forwards contract renewal with Napoli is good for Italian football.

Osimhen officiallly put pen to paper on a new deal running until the summer of 2026 on Saturday.

The deal also includes a release clause for teams outside of Italy.

Calenda described Osimhens extension as an historic deal for Italian football.

Ive heard that I didnt want him to renew and that Id rather take him elsewhere. Its the usual blame game. It wasnt true. I represent Victor and I want whats best for him. Weve both wanted a renewal since the summer.
