Theres No One Man In A Team Aribo Reacts To Southamptons Resurgence

Nigeria midfielder, Joe Aribo has reflected on his resurgence at Sky Bet Championship club, Southampton.

Aribo has featured regularly for Russell Martins side in recent outings after playing limited role at the start of the season.

The Nigeria international has started Southamptons last five Sky Bet Championship games.

The 27-year-old opened his goal account for the season in Tuesdays 5-0 win against Swansea City at the St Marys Stadium.

For me its all about being a good teammate, being there for my boys, because we all go towards it together. Theres no one man in a team, its everyone, Aribo told the BBC.

We wanted to keep playing, keep pushing and keep fighting, and stick to what the manager told us to do.

Aribo was also surprised to hear his own goal music after the scoring the curtain raiser.
