Fulham manager Marco Silva has labelled Calvin Bassey a very good central defender following the Nigerians impressive display in the clubs 2-1 home win against Arsenal on Sunday.

Bassey played a crucial role in the Whites comeback win at the Craven Cottage.

The 24-year-old, who was named Man of the Match after the game was an absolute rock at the heart of Fulhams defence, allowing the visiting attackers no time to settle, limiting them to just three shots on target all day.
