Final year ABSU student k!lled by cultists one day to his graduation

A final year student of Abia State University (ABSU) has been shot dead by cultists, just one day before his graduation from the university.

The victim, identified simply as Emma, also known as Kesh, was gunned down on Monday, March 11, on an untarred road off-campus.

A video of the incident was shared on the microblogging platform X, leaving many horrified by the gruesome manner in which he was murdered.

In the video, Emma, covered in blood, is seen struggling to crawl away from his two assailants with his last strength.

However, weakened by the loss of blood, he appeared unable to escape. Tragically, the men caught up with him quickly. While one recorded the victim, the other shot him in the head, leading to his death.

Another video shows him lying in a pool of his own blood as people surrounded him.

It was gathered that Kesh was murdered just one day before his graduation.

In other news, a group of notorious armed robbers carried out an attack on two commercial banks in Anyingba, located in the Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi state.

The incident unfolded on Thursday, March 7, sending shock through the community.

The armed robbers stormed the banks, instilling fear by firing shots into the air.
